此类别还满足 1-3 类的要求。此外，也适用于条件非常恶劣、障碍物密集、坡度陡峭的地形，可自如应对较快的速度。经验丰富的骑手在骑行这些自行车时完全可以有规律、适度地跳跃。应避免在自行车公园和“北岸”路段长时间频繁使用。由于压力较高，每次骑行后都应检查这些自行车是否损坏。具有中等行程的全避震自行车是此类别中的常见车型。
