1. Warranty

The print data is provided in its current state and without any guarantee or warranty. In particular, any express or implied warranty regarding quality, suitability for a specific purpose, functionality or compliance with legal and safety requirements is expressly excluded. Claims for liability for defects or rectification of defects do not exist.

2. Personal responsibility for use

You use the print data at your own risk and responsibility. Canyon accepts no responsibility for the use of the print data, in particular for any damage to materials, equipment or persons that may result from the printing or use of the accessory. It is your responsibility to ensure that the accessory is produced and used safely and in accordance with the printing instructions, all relevant legal and safety regulations. In particular, the accessory may only be produced using the print data, the described printing processes and materials and be used only on the expressly approved frames of the correct frame size.

3. No liability for damages

Canyon excludes any liability for damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, as well as for property damage, lost profits or other economic losses that may arise from the use, modification or disclosure of the print data. This shall not apply in the event of injury to life or limb or in the event of intent or gross negligence.

4. Transfer and modification

The print data may be passed on, but any form of alteration or modification of the print data is expressly prohibited. This disclaimer shall remain in force in its original form each time the print data is passed on.

5. Applicable law

The print data are provided under the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany under exclusion of its laws of conflict. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the print data is Koblenz.
